CPC Logistics Canada Acquires In Transit Personnel
Strengthening Position as a Leader in Trucking & Warehouse Personnel

Mississauga ON | January 2, 2018: CPC Logistics Canada, the leader in truck driver and warehouse personnel services, today announced that it has acquired Toronto, Ontario based In Transit Personnel Inc.
In Transit is expected to complement services already provided by CPC Logistics Canada (a division of CPC Logistics Inc.), based in Mississauga Ontario. This alliance will result in forming Canada’s top personnel services provider to truck fleets of all sizes.
Additionally, CPC Logistics Canada will look to leverage In Transit’s expertise in providing warehouse personnel and management services to all industries.

In the coming months, CPC Logistics Canada expects to integrate In Transit Personnel staff with its own into one office, although the companies will continue to operate separately under their existing names to serve the respective markets.
