CPC Logistics Canada is the premier vendor in the driver service business and our drivers support many of the top private fleets across the country. We, and our clients, provide truck driving jobs with an environment, where safety comes first and long-term careers are standard. Our solid pay programs and benefits packages allow us to recruit and retain the best truck drivers in the country. Many of them have been with us between 10 to 30 years.
A huge part of why our drivers stay with us is that we set the right expectation about the job. The good, the bad AND the ugly. We also try to be clear about what to expect in the process. Since we have stringent hiring requirements, we want to be clear that this is not a hiring process that gets done in one day.
While providing professional Class 1/ AZ or Class 2/DZ drivers is our main business, we also have job opportunities in a number of locations for dispatchers, administrative clerks, mechanics and warehouse workers.
