Job Title:           Afternoon Dispatcher
Position:            Full-time Afternoons (1pm-9pm)
Salary:               $55,000/year

CPC Logistics Canada is seeking a dynamic and organized Afternoon Dispatcher to join our team in Regina, SK. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in coordinating driver schedules, maintaining efficient fleet operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Optimize daily driver schedules and routes for maximum efficiency
• Foster strong relationships with drivers and management through effective communication
• Contribute to weekly payroll processes
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation (DVIRs, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide professional phone support and handle inquiries efficiently
• Collaborate with equipment vendors to ensure timely maintenance
• Maximize resource utilization through effective manpower and equipment planning
• Identify and secure backhaul opportunities
• Maintain and update fleet information
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in the work schedule

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in transportation or related field
• Proficiency with EOBR systems
• Experience with Trimble TruckMate dispatch software
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• In-depth understanding of MOT/DOT Hours of Service regulations
• Exceptional customer service orientation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Class 1A license (preferred, but not required)
